Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item purchased from BruiseMD or Intravera Worldwide for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of your purchase. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. Shipping and handling charges, and any discounts are non-refundable.
When you return your product, please ensure it is packaged carefully. Please include a copy of your purchase invoice or online order confirmation to ensure credit back to you. We must physically receive the merchandise within 30 days of original purchase. Once your return has been received, we will credit back the purchase price to the credit card you used for your purchase, shipping and handling is not refundable. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow 10-14 days processing time for the return to be processed and for posting the credit to your card.
