I used the gel on a large bruise I had on my knee from sliding into 2nd base playing softball. I noticed the bruising clear up quicker with the topical solution versus allowing it to heal on its own. I recently had major surgery and decided to start taking the BruiseMD Tablets 5 days before my scheduled surgery date to get the active enzymes in my system. The surgery itself had complications and ended up being more invasive than originally planned. Post-op I was told that my time in the hospital would be longer than normal because of the complications.
